I started running back in college, but picked it back up 5 years ago when I was trying to loose those inevitable pounds I gained while having kiddos. It seems like a lot of people are taking up running these days but a lot of the training plans out there are insane. So this blog is going to have training plans for people who aren't training for the olympics or would rather not fly off the back of their treadmill while trying to "sprint". Happy Running!
